My mother and I needed a ride to our hotel and back to the airport earlier this month. We came to Burbank for a family function and did not want to rent a car. Executive Limo was fantastic. Patricia and her daughter did a great job setting us up, and it was wonderful to talk to a live person, not a machine. Something Patricia (the owner) takes pride in providing.

Called Executive LA limo last second for an airport pick-up when we realized we really didn’t want to lug our 5 bags of ski-trip luggage to the rideshare lot at LAX. Stori was super friendly and seemed to understand our last-minute “ah-hah” moment. Lol! She sent us a perfectly large Escalade, driven by Andy, who had the back seats already down when he arrived to accommodate our luggage.

As an event planner, I always know that guests will arrive on time and in style when riding with Executive LA Limo! Stori and her team are always quick to respond and very thorough throughout the booking process. On event days, we are always given our drivers’ names and phone numbers and updates on arrival and departure times. Their buses and vehicles are beautiful and clean.

I recently worked with Stori and Executive LA as they provided me transportation for a client hospitality event for Coachella. Stori was so incredible to work with as she was extremely patient and communicative during the planning process. Emmanuel, our driver for the weekend, was top notch and went above and beyond to provide an amazing experience for our clients.
