How many people can ride in a sedan?
Depends on the amount of luggage. Usually (3) persons
in the back and In the front, unless you need a child seat, then only two
in the back.
How many people can ride in an SUV?
Depends on the amount of luggage. Usually (6/7)
persons. Usually Six in the back, one upfront with minimum bags.
How many people can ride in the Mercedes Party Bus?
We have three sizes, 10 passengers to 15 passengers.
Do you have dance Poles in the Party Bus?
Yes in most of our buses, including the Mercedes party
bus. Be sure to tell the agent “you want a pole”
Do your cars have a built-in bar?
Yes in all our limousines and party buses. The Executive
luxury Coast has bucket seats and can only provide refreshments from
a separate Large Ice Chest.
Do all your buses have Karaoke?
No. Ask the agent if you want a Karaoke. We can provide a
separate system with a mic to pair with your phone.
Can we bring food on the Party Bus?
Yes provided the passengers treat the bus respectfully
and keep the food oa the floor or seats.
Are there Bathrooms” on the Party Bus?
Yes, but only on a few, ask the agent if you need a
bathroom during your trip.
Can your cars travel outside California?
Yes but depends on the distance.
Do you require “Drug Test” for your drivers?
Yes the tests are done by random. This is required to
maintain the states transportation permit. (PUC) and CHP
Do you have special occasion packages?
Yes, especially for Birthdays, Weddings, Anniversaries and
Bachelor and Bachelorette events. Ask our agent for this special deal.
Is your company knowledgeable about the popular wineries in California?
Yes, in fact we have a special arrangement with some
wineries to give our clients an extra discount on their purchase and
tasting room.
Are all your drivers commercially licensed?
Yes, this is required when you receive a PUC permit in the
state of California.
Where are you located?
We are located with our on-site oaice and a large facility for
our large party buses in Culver City, California. We also have satellite
locations where our drivers are located, and this is thru out the greater
Los Angeles.
When I give a deposit will I have this deposit returned if I must cancel the reservation?
Yes, provided you give the oaice a 72-hour notice on
weekdays and on very busy weekends, Friday and Saturday, the agent
will let you know when you give the deposit when you can cancel and
get 100% of your deposit returned.
Why must I give a deposit?
This is for your protection so that your vehicle can not be
booked on another trip. This deposit makes it impossible for my agents
to double book a vehicle. Also, I believe we are one of few companies
that will refund deposits if you must cancel.
Can I speak to agents every day? What time are you open?
We are open 7 days a week. I do not believe in an
answering service or Robots answering my telephones. You will have a
live agent 24 hours a day, my staa and myself will rotate answering the
phones.
